All items are final sale. Cancellations are only possible prior to shipping. No cancellations available once the order has shipped.

It is unlikely, but if the pottery is defective, please contact me and we’ll find a solution.

If your order arrives to you broken or damaged - CONTACT ME (info@thepottersstudio.com) within 3 days of receiving it so we can make an insurance claim ASAP. I need photos of the damaged item in its original packaging.
